Great location… elevator takes you straight in to the heart of a nice shopping center with grocery store, food court, stores and much more. Staff is great, gym was nice. Great location for easy driving access to Chiapa de Corso, AirPort or if leaving city towards San Cristobal de las casas. I am taking out one star because our room 224 was on the far end of the building where the emergency stairs are located, the smell of grease from a Burger place below is very strong at the entrance of room.
Its a very comfortable place. It looks pretty nice. The food is amazing. But the service is very slow and they gave me a wrong room so i waited 1 hour for my room. But the other services are pretty nice.
Very comfortable and beautiful room. Great views. Very comfortable beds and shower water is chlorinated which is nice. Housekeepers are very attentive to minimal and more that's needed. Free bottled water daily. They even had a few English language channels on the TV.
The room was amazing. The restaurant was empty. We sat for 40 minutes before someone went to take our order. Everything was ALMOST perfect in the room, but the phones dis not have a cord. Outside, the elevators are not the best. It takes forever to make the buttons to work. Such a beautiful place shouldn't have that issue.
Great service, very nice and helpful hotel stuff. The rooms are clean, spacious with a very nice view. The restaurant offers good food, the breakfast buffet is a must try. Convenient location inside a mall with access to several restaurants, easy transport to the canyon boat ride. Loved our stay here.
I loved the hotel view which looks out to the beautiful chiapas scenery. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant served delicious food with fast and friendly service, and the room is very beautiful. I am putting four stars only because the floor in my hotel room was a bit sticky and had to ask for it to be cleaned and found some dirt in one of the beds. Other than that, I would definitely reccomend staying here and would come back again.
Overall experience was good! The staff was welcoming & helpful… only problem was the AC unit in my room kept having issues cooling… the views of this place are phenomenal!! I would stay here again
Clean, confortable and excellently located. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great for the price paid. Parking included. The hotel is on top a shopping plaza and the only access is by elevators which in certain hours delays your in and out of the hotel. Take that in consideration when doing appointments. Other than that is perfect for the price paid.
